Jet database error

I downloaded the latest package and installed it on my Windows 7 system. I get the following error when I try to run the software:

The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file 'C:\Program Files
(x86)\Land Manager 2.5\SYS.mdb' It is already opened exclusively by another
user, or you need permission to view its data.

I sure would like to see how this system works, but I can't get anywhere with it. I even tried opening the database directly in access, but is was password locked.

I have the exact same problem, I tried running in compatibility mode and it still didn't work.
