.NET framework error

.NET framework error

I had installed Landman Manager 2.0.3 and was running it just fine. Then I bought a new HP Printer/Scanner and installed the drivers and software for it. Now Landman Manager will not run. When I try to start it I get a error window that is titled .NET Framework error and syas that it cannot find the runtime version need to run, but the .NET Framework is installed. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled with no luck. Any ideas anyone? I really liked the software and I want to use it more!!!!

Try to install the Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1, Service Pack 1. click here

I get the same error; but I have Windows 7 on here. I tried your suggestion of the service pack; and my computer denied it so I turned the windows feature on for the pack, and it said that I didn't even have the program for the upgrade. Which service pack would I download for the actual program instead of the updgrade?
