Vista - Lease Manager reports

Fixed Vista operating system bug on Lease Manager. Vista users reported a missing menu item when right-clicking on the Lease Manager data grid. The users could not see the 'Create Report...' menu item, and therefore could not generate any Lease Based reports on this screen. These lease based reports are based on the selected row in the Lease Manager grid. Now, when Vista users select a row in the grid, the report menu items are visible and reports may be generated.
