Suggestion: 

When entering info into the Tract Manager "Tract" Tab page, be certain the proper Client and Prospect name appears in the "Tract is related to this Client's Prospect" box. 

When finished with this page immediately click the "Save All" button in the lower right hand bottom, on the Tract Manager view "Tract" Tab page; BEFORE moving on to add information into the Notes Tab or Runsheet Tab pages.
